Solution
Some servies of IIS are not enabled, if you installed .net version those are enabled. so below are the steps to enable them.
- Heres what worked for me, had a similar problem on my new laptop which had windows 10.
- Search for "Turn windows features on or off"
- Check "Internet Information Services"
- Check "World Wide Web Services"
- Check "Application Development Features"
- Enable all items under this
- try again, now it should work.
