This error occured when your SQL Server stops from the Sysytem services.
Solution:
- Simply go to the services through Control panel>Task Manager>Services of your system
- .Find out your server name like Sql 2012 / Sql Server Express and right click on the name and then click start.
- Problem will be solved.
