According to a report from WABetaInfo, WhatsApp, the instant messaging platform owned by Meta, is introducing an enhanced interface to improve the user experience. The latest update of WhatsApp, available for iOS users via the App Store, now features the redesigned interface.
This new interface brings a unique experience to users, offering a translucent tab and navigation bar. It's worth noting that a similar translucent interface was previously available to iOS 7 users but was later discontinued for unknown reasons. However, with the latest version update on the App Store, iPhone users can now enjoy the translucent interface again, as confirmed by the WhatsApp news tracker.
To check if the translucent effect is available to them, users can open any section of the app and observe the interface. It is important to restart the app after installing the update to enable the new features.
