Navigate to the main project within your solution (usually the default or startup project). Right-click on it and select "Properties" or alternatively, click on "Your Project" then "Project" and finally "Properties".

In the Properties window, navigate to the "Publish" tab to access publishing options. Then, proceed to "Install Mode and Settings" and click on "Application Files". A dialog box will appear.

Scroll down through the items listed and locate those set with "Publish Status" as "Prerequisite". Among these, you will find ReportViewer and several other files set to Prerequisite.

To ensure all necessary files are included in your installation setup, change the Publish Status of all these items to "Include" from the dropdown menu.

Although you may only require the ReportViewer, adjusting the Publish Statuses of other files will help mitigate potential issues that may arise.

After making these changes, all the required files will be added to your installation setup, ensuring everything is set up correctly for deployment
